Ally was the consummate professional at Taste Angus, held in the grounds of stunning Glamis Castle. He provided his comparing duties with both humour and knowledge of demos and each chef performer. His easy manner with audience and demonstrators undoubtedly helped keep the pace of our event going. Awkward silences…never, witty banter… a plenty! A huge thanks from all the team at Taste Angus.
